Welcome to Snowy Mountains Hypnobirth. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:
Services: We provide Hypnobirthing classes and doula support services. Our services are educational and supportive, not medical advice.
Bookings: All bookings must be confirmed with payment or deposit as specified.
Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule classes or appointments. Late cancellations may incur a fee (see Refund and Cancellation Policy).
Liability: We are not liable for any outcomes related to your birth or postpartum experience.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Deposit and Payment
To secure your spot in the class, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the course start date. If the balance is not received by this deadline, your booking will be forfeited, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Payments should be made via the booking system using PayPal. Please ensure all payments are received by the specified due dates to confirm your place in the course.
Cancellations and Refunds for Hypnobirthing Australia Classes
Cancellation 48 hours or more before the course start date: You may cancel your booking and receive a refund, minus the non-refundable $150 deposit.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the course start date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date; however, your payment can be credited towards a future course.
After the course begins: If you need to cancel after the course has started, alternative arrangements may be made, but no refunds will be issued.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to chelsea@thealpinedoula.com.au
Doula Services
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may forfeit payments.Rescheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.Refund Process and Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days.
Please note that all refund and rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of The Alpine Doula. We reserve the right to decline refunds outside of the stated policy if circumstances do not warrant them. -
By engaging our services, you acknowledge:
You understand that our services are non-medical and do not replace professional medical care.
You agree to communicate openly about your health and pregnancy with your healthcare providers.
You release Snowy Mountains Hypnobirth from liability for any direct or indirect outcomes of your birth or postpartum experience.
You consent to receiving support as described in our service agreement.

At Snowy Mountains Hypnobirth, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and complete an intake form for Hypnobirthing classes.
We collect personal and health information solely for providing our services.Your information is stored securely and used only by authorised personnel.
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required or with your consent.
You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time.
